Route Service Representative – Rental Division

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced position with indoor and outdoor work, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Required:

• Active driver’s license.
• At least 21 years of age.
• DOT medical certification and documentation regarding previous employment.

A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 – $90,000 per year, comprised of base salary plus earned commissions.
