Route Service Representative Workweek

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves driving a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced indoor/outdoor position where partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

• Serve as the face of Cintas and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Maintain quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base through upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and monitor inventory while operating safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

• Active driver’s license.
• At least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification and compliance with all Department of Transportation regulations for operating a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Demonstrated physical ability to meet job requirements.
• High School diploma, GED, or military service.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Self‑motivation and teamwork skills.

The total compensation range for this role is $45,000 – $90,000 per year, including base salary and earned commissions. The range reflects factors such as experience, training, performance and other business needs.
