Director of Sales Luxury Off-Premise Catering

We are seeking a dynamic, sophisticated, and results-driven Director of Sales to lead business development for a premier luxury catering company. This is an exceptional opportunity for a polished sales professional who is passionate about creating extraordinary events and cultivating lasting client relationships.

Off-premise luxury catering experience is required.

In This Role, You Will:

Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives based on market trends, competitive intelligence, and client feedback
Proactively identify, cultivate, and secure new business while strengthening and expanding existing client relationships
Deliver an exceptional client experience by providing creative catering solutions and ensuring flawless execution from concept through completion
Build and maintain strong relationships with social planners, event designers, venue partners, and other key industry influencers whose clientele aligns with our luxury brand
Collaborate closely with the culinary and operations teams to develop innovative, customized menus and event concepts
Lead, mentor, and develop junior sales professionals while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture

Qualifications:

Proven history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals
Significant off-premise catering experience with a portfolio of successful high-end social and corporate events
Deep knowledge of current food, beverage, catering, and event industry trends
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering impeccable service
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and solutions-oriented under pressure
Superior communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); experience with Caterease is preferred.
Bachelor s degree preferred.
