Location: New York
Overview
The NYC Maid is hiring a Commission Sales Partner in Upper East Side, Manhattan around Museum Mile. This role involves signing cleaning clients directly (homeowners, offices, property managers, Airbnb hosts) or signing referrers (doormen, real estate agents, concierges, movers) and earning a 10% recurring commission on every completed cleaning for as long as the customer stays.
Compensation & PayoutPaid daily via Stripe Connect. 1099 independent contractor, with no cap. Commission tier upgrades: 12% at 50 clients and 15% at 100 clients. Path to Sales Manager with override income. The payout system is already live for existing referrers.
Responsibilities- Sign cleaning clients directly or sign referrers to generate recurring commissions
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and referrers to grow revenue
- Manage and track client signings and referrals to ensure ongoing payouts
- Relationship builder mindset; sales background helpful but not required
- English required;
English/Spanish a plus
