We build voice intelligence software for the people who move capital. Expert calls, management meetings, diligence readouts, banker pipeline calls - automatically transcribed, structured, and turned into a searchable knowledge base that gets more valuable with every conversation. Our compliance stack is enterprise-grade: SOC 2 Type II certified, GDPR aligned, zero data retention agreements with every model provider we use. Firms trust us with sensitive deal conversations because we have already done the hard work on security.
Thousands of professionals at MBB, Big 4, megacap PE funds, and global investment banks rely on us every day. We went from seed to Series A in 18 months and are growing 30 percent month over month. There are 24 of us. This is still early, and that is exactly the point.
What the role looks like
You are building and closing new business with investment banks. Bulge brackets, elite boutiques, serious mid-market firms. Your buyers are MDs, CTOs, CCOs, and heads of research. They are smart, busy, and immune to generic pitches. You already know this because you have dealt with them before, either from the inside or as a seller.
Your week is outbound prospecting into named accounts, sharp discovery calls, multi-stakeholder evaluation cycles, negotiation, and closing. You will work directly with our CEO and commercial team to shape how we go to market in this vertical. Investment banking is new territory for us, which means no inherited book of business and real influence over how we build it.
We move fast. You are expected to know your accounts cold, size deal potential on the fly, and show up prepared every time.
What we are looking for
- You come from one of two places: you worked inside an investment bank at the principal level or above and have real exposure to business development or commercial work, or you have sold enterprise software (Bloomberg, Reuters, CapIQ, or similar) into banks at a senior AE level with seven-figure deals to show for it.
- Outbound prospecting does not drain you. Building pipeline from scratch is how you operate and you are genuinely good prioritize this above everything else because it is the hardest thing to teach.
- You can walk into a room with a senior banker and hold your own. You look like a peer, not a vendor, and your credibility comes from actually knowing the workflows and the politics.
- You are analytically sharp. If someone asks you to size ACV for a target account or think through a commercial structure on the spot, you do it. This is not a relationship management role.
- You use AI tools in your own work and can have a real conversation with a CTO or CCO about where AI creates risk and where it creates value. We are looking for fluency, not a talking point.
- You have the kind of integrity that makes buyers feel safe saying yes. Not just charisma, but the real trust that builds over multiple touches and lowers perceived risk.
- You actively seek feedback, debrief your losses honestly, and implement quickly. Coachability is not a soft skill here, it is a requirement.
The opportunity
Investment banking is a vertical we are opening right now, and this is the person who defines how we do it. That means real input into ICP, positioning, and commercial strategy, not just a quota and a territory handed to you from above.
The upside is real. Banks have been buying Bloomberg, CapIQ, and similar tools for years, so you are not starting an educational conversation from scratch. You are showing a sophisticated buyer a better solution to a problem they already feel every day. Large TAM, familiar buyers, a product that earns the kind of loyalty that makes renewals and expansion natural.
The base is $100,000 to $140,000 depending on background, with an OTE of $300,000. This is a senior individual contributor seat at a company small enough that what you close gets noticed from day one. We are growing fast enough that this will not be the last conversation we have about what your role looks like here.
