Wholesale Trainee

Summary

Support the Loewe wholesale business across the Americas by assisting the Wholesale Director with account management, business development, and operational tasks. The trainee helps maintain brand presentation and supports sales activities, reporting, and market analysis. This role involves coordination with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely deliveries and high‑quality client service.

• Support relationships with wholesale clients and communicate with store staff and headquarters.
• Assist in organizing buying sessions, managing sample trafficking, and supporting DSM sales activities.
• Support EDI processes, returns to vendor, quality claims, coop file maintenance, and chargeback logging.
• Prepare reports and presentations, analyze regional markets and competitors, and contribute to pricing and wholesale strategies.
• Manage scheduling, expense reports, travel booking, and fashion show or market appointment coordination.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and 1-2 internships or equivalent experience in fashion wholesale.
• Basic knowledge of retail business and markets, with strong analytical, written, and verbal skills.
• Proficient Excel skills, excellent organizational attention to detail, and ability to multi‑task under pressure.
• Strong communication and networking skills; bilingual in Spanish and/or French a plus.
• Ability to travel as needed and work collaboratively in a team environment.
