Enterprise Account Executive

A YC-backed AI company is building AI agents for claims operations teams, automating document processing and communications across the insurance industry. After completing Y Combinator and raising a seed round backed by top-tier investors, the company is growing rapidly as it prepares for its Series A.

The company is hiring two Founding Account Executives to build its enterprise sales motion from the ground up. This is not a role joining an established sales organization with a predefined playbook. The founding AEs will work directly with the founders to define how the company sells to enterprise customers, helping shape the sales process, messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy as the business scales.

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close
• Build and refine the sales playbook, messaging, and pricing strategy
• Partner closely with the founders and product team to translate customer feedback into product decisions
• Help establish the foundation for the future sales organization

• 4+ years of enterprise closing experience
• Experience in an early-stage, high-growth startup environment is preferred
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and building processes from scratch
• Based in, or willing to relocate to, the New York City area

• $150,000 base salary / $300,000 OTE (50/50 base-variable split)
• Full-time, on-site in SoHo, NYC (five days per week, with some flexibility for exceptional candidates)
