Summit Solutions New York is hiring an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associate for our New York City office. This is a full-time, in-person role designed for students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals interested in gaining hands-on experience in sales, marketing, customer engagement, communications, and leadership.

In this role, associates represent client campaigns at organized promotional events and pop-up locations throughout NYC. Responsibilities include speaking with customers face-to-face, providing clear information about client products, services, or campaign initiatives, assisting with event setup, tracking daily engagement activity, attending team training, and maintaining a professional and respectful approach with customers and team members.

Ideal candidates are reliable, professional, comfortable speaking with people in person, willing to learn, and able to work in a team-focused environment. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, campus organizations, or leadership roles is helpful but not required.

Training is provided. This position is best suited for candidates interested in business, marketing, communications, sales, customer service, event marketing, or leadership development.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, full-time.
