Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales for women's ready-to-wear through personalized styling and product expertise. • Greet and engage customers, deliver personalized styling advice, and educate on product features.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and conversion targets while working on commission.
• Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up, clienteling, and appointment setting.
• Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain merchandising standards, floor presentation, and stock levels on the sales floor.

• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience in apparel or a related fashion environment.
• Proven sales performance with strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic cash handling procedures.
