Overview
The NYC Maid is hiring a Commission Sales Partner in Grymes Hill, Staten Island near Wagner College. This role signs cleaning clients directly (homeowners, offices, property managers, Airbnb hosts) or signs referrers (doormen, real estate agents, concierges, movers). You earn 10% recurring commission on every completed cleaning
, for as long as they stay a customer.
Paid daily via Stripe Connect. 1099 independent contractor, no cap. Tier upgrades to 12% at 50 clients and 15% h to Sales Manager with override income. The payout system is already live for existing referrers.
ResponsibilitiesSign and develop cleaning clients or referrers within the NYC area network. Build relationships to grow the referral pipeline. Maintain relationships with customers to encourage ongoing referrals.
QualificationsEnglish required;
English/Spanish a plus. Sales background helpful but not required. NYC-area network access in or around Grymes Hill.
