- Sell industry leading pest management services and products to new and existing residential customers
- Visually inspect homes for pests, pest harborage, pest entries, etc.
- Based on assessment findings, sell pest control solutions as well as preventative maintenance for residential customers
- Collaborate with our Customer Service Center, Inside Sales department, and Technicians
- Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams
- Develop proposals for customers to resolve existing pest issues
- Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM
- Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities
- Provide expert knowledge to new service installations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong social, customer service, and communication skills
- Prefer at least 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience
- Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s)
Demonstrates expertise in pest management solutions and customer service, with a strong ability to visually inspect properties and develop tailored proposals for residential clients. Proven track record in sales and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.
