Full-Time | On-Site Compensation: $75,000+ DOE + Uncapped Commission About the Role A growing Managed IT Services (MSP) company is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to drive new business growth. We're looking for a true hunter with a proven track record of bringing in large accounts through cold calling, networking, door-to-door prospecting, and relationship building. Responsibilities Generate new business through cold calls, networking, referrals, and in-person meetings.
Prospect and close mid-sized and enterprise-level clients. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts. Meet and exceed monthly sales goals. Develop long-term client relationships. Maintain CRM activity and sales reports. Qualifications Proven success in B2B sales and business development. Experience selling MSP, IT, technology, or related services is preferred. Candidates with an outstanding sales track record in other industries will also be considered.
Excellent English communication and presentation skills. Professional, polished, and confident when meeting with executives. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to close new business. Ideal for someone who thrives on hunting new business, opening doors, and closing high-value accounts.
