Enterprise Sales Lead - Finance & Banking

We're seeking an experienced enterprise sales leader to drive new business with large financial institutions across the U.S. This individual will own complex, consultative sales cycles and develop strategic relationships with banks, fintechs, and other regulated financial services organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise opportunities within financial services.
• Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation and close.
• Develop executive relationships across business and technology stakeholders.
• Partner with internal product and technical teams to support solution design and implementation.
• Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience selling complex technology solutions.
• Demonstrated success closing large, strategic deals with banks, financial institutions, or enterprise fintechs.
• Experience managing lengthy, multi-stakeholder sales processes, including RFPs and procurement.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both business and technical audiences.
• Background selling enterprise infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, payments, financial software, or similar technology into regulated financial institutions preferred.
