About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Sales Assistant to support our sales team and help drive business growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys building relationships with customers while ensuring day-to-day sales operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
- Manage outgoing and incoming samples while keeping a detailed log with tracking information
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, product availability, and general inquiries.
- Help maintain product information, pricing, and promotional materials.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or an administrative role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Team player with a customer-first mindset.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
