In this role, you'll sell recurring service agreements to commercial businesses, property managers, and contractors, helping customers remain compliant while protecting their facilities.

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Schedule and conduct meetings with business owners and property managers
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new business
• Manage and grow an active sales pipeline
• Partner with the Inside Sales team to maximize lead generation
• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity within the CRM

• 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience
• Experience selling within construction, facility services, industrial services, or a related industry preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience using Salesforce or another CRM is a plus
• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Base Salary: $70,000–$90,000
