Our client is looking for an experienced business development professional who is passionate about building relationships with founders, CEOs, and business leaders. This is an exciting opportunity to join the U.S. launch of a well-established international organization and play a key role in growing an exclusive community of entrepreneurs.

Member Development Director

New York, NY (Hybrid)

• Identify, engage, and build relationships with founders, CEOs, and entrepreneurs.
• Manage a high-quality pipeline of prospective members through a consultative sales approach.
• Conduct discovery meetings and present the value of an exclusive executive membership.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new members.
• Represent the organization at networking events and contribute to the growth of a thriving founder community.

• 6+ years of experience in Business Development, Executive Relationship Management, Membership Sales, or Consultative Sales.
• Experience engaging with C-suite executives, founders, or investors.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Existing network within the founder or executive ecosystem is a plus.
