Enterprise Account Executive | AI Scale-Up | NYC / US East Coast
I'm partnering with a VC-backed AI company that sells autonomous "Digital Workers" into Fortune 500 pharma. They've found genuine product-market fit, and they're now building out their US commercial team.
This is the third commercial hire on the ground in the US. It's a true founder-adjacent, ground-floor seat: you'll help define how they sell.
Responsibilities:- Owning the full sales cycle, from self-sourced outbound through to close
- Selling six and seven figure deals to C-suite buyers at major pharmaceutical enterprises
- Translating a genuinely differentiated AI product into commercial outcomes buyers care about
- Building the sales motion and playbook as the US business scales
- A consistent track record of $1.5M+ annual quota attainment over the past three years
- Enterprise sales experience, selling native AI products into the pharmaceutical industry to executive-level buyers (CFO, COO, CDO)
- Average deal sizes of $100K+ ACV
- Experience selling for an AI-native business, ideally at sub 500 employees, you're comfortable selling without a logo on your back
