Position SummaryWe are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Associate / Account Executive to grow sales and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective partners within our apparel division. The ideal candidate is passionate about their industry, highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you are someone who excels at building long-term client relationships, and has a proven ability to identify opportunities, close sales, and achieve revenue targets.
Please note:
this is an on-site position in Midtown Manhattan where we work in office 5 days/week!
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale customers while prospecting and acquiring new accounts.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Present product collections, promotions, and seasonal launches to customers.
- Prepare pricing proposals, quotations, and negotiate sales agreements.
- Monitor customer inventory needs and recommend products to maximize sales.
- Coordinate with customer service, operations, and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings as required.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in CRM.
- Analyze sales performance and identify growth opportunities within assigned territory.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of B2B sales or account management experience.
- Experience in the respective industries preferred.
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM platforms.
