Outbound Sales Representative

Sweet Robo is a leading entertainment robotics company that designs, installs, and operates automated vending experiences in high-traffic venues across the United States. Our machines are located in shopping malls, family entertainment centers, resorts, amusement parks, airports, and other premier destinations.

We're growing rapidly and are looking for a highly motivated Outbound Sales Representative to help expand our footprint by introducing Sweet Robo to new locations across the country.

Base Salary: $65,000

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000-$120,000+

Location: Full-Time, In Person (New York / New Jersey Area)

• Make a high volume of outbound calls each day to businesses, venues, and decision-makers across the United States.
• Prospect new locations through cold calling, email, Linked In, and other outbound outreach methods.
• Qualify prospects by understanding their business, customer traffic, decision-making process, and interest level.
• Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Follow up consistently with prospects until a clear decision is reached.
• Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate notes and activities within the CRM.
• Respond quickly to inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and company channels. While this is primarily an outbound sales role, you'll receive qualified inbound opportunities as well.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve messaging, objection handling, and conversion rates.
• Share market feedback, customer insights, and competitive intelligence with leadership.

• 2+ years of sales experience preferred (outbound or cold calling strongly preferred).
• Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong follow-up habits.
• Competitive mindset with a desire to exceed goals.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
• Experience using a CRM is preferred.
• Must be able to work in person in the New York / New Jersey area.

• $65,000 base salary
• Uncapped commission
