Role Summary

The SVP, Supply Partnerships leads Equativ's publisher-facing organization, spanning new publisher acquisition, account management, and supply operations. This leader is accountable for the growth and health of Equativ's publisher business end to end from signing new publisher partners, to growing and retaining the existing portfolio, to ensuring those partners are well supported operationally.

This is a hands-on, high-visibility executive role for someone with deep experience on the supply/publisher side of ad tech. The right background could come from new-business sales, from account management and client experience, or from a mix of both. What matters most is a proven ability to grow publisher revenue and lead the range of teams that make that growth possible.

Teams & Scope

The following functions report into this role, either directly or through their respective leads:

  • Supply Partnerships / Sales — new publisher acquisition; sourcing, negotiating, and closing new publisher relationships

  • Publisher Account Management — relationship growth, renewals, and expansion revenue across the existing publisher portfolio

  • Supply-Side Operations — onboarding, integration, and technical support for publisher partners

Key Responsibilities
Publisher Growth & Revenue
  • Own the growth and health of Equativ's publisher business — both new publisher acquisition and expansion of existing publisher partnerships

  • Lead and be accountable for a pipeline of prospective and existing publisher opportunities, with clear targets, forecasting, and reporting

  • Personally engage on Equativ's highest-value strategic publisher relationships, whether that means closing a new deal or deepening an existing one

  • Serve as a member of the executive leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO on publisher business performance and growth strategy

Organizational Leadership
  • Build and lead a unified Supply Partnerships organization spanning new business, account management, and operations

  • Set clear goals and accountability — whether quota-based, retention-based, or a blend — for each team based on its function

  • Establish a consistent operating rhythm (pipeline reviews, KPIs, forecasting cadence) across all publisher-facing teams

Client & Partner Experience
  • Ensure publisher account teams deliver a consistently excellent, proactive experience that drives retention and expansion

  • Act as an executive escalation point for strategic publisher accounts and high-priority issues

  • Champion a publisher-first culture across onboarding, support, and account growth

Qualifications
Required
  • 12+ years of progressive experience on the supply/publisher side of digital media, ad tech, or programmatic advertising — in new-business sales, account management/client experience, or a combination of both

  • 5+ years leading multi-functional, revenue-owning teams at a senior/executive level, including managing managers

  • Demonstrated track record of growing publisher revenue, whether through new partnerships, expansion of existing relationships, or both

  • Deep working knowledge of publisher-side mechanics — header bidding, yield management, SSP integrations, and programmatic supply

  • Comfort owning a revenue number and being measured against pipeline, targets, and forecast

  • Strong executive presence, with experience partnering directly with Product, Engineering, and Demand/Sales leadership

Preferred
  • Experience at a global or multi-national ad tech, SSP, or publisher organization

  • Background spanning both new-business development and account management/client services on the supply side

  • Familiarity with contextual advertising, identity solutions, or supply-path optimization

  • Experience building or scaling a publisher-facing organization through a period of company growth or transition
