Treasury Sales Manager, Corporate Sales

Responsibilities

• Direct management of the US based team, along with global accountability for driving best practice with the TSCOs in Asia, Canada, Europe and Lat Am.
• Accountable for responsible revenue growth across the team, and own portfolio.
• Focused on strategic planning, increasing profitability, client planning, client calling, portfolio development, pricing strategy, and proposal/presentation development/delivery.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Corporate Bankers and colleagues across Trade, Liquidity, Investments, and Foreign Exchange, to develop customized treasury solutions that meet client objectives.
• Focus on growth of new and underpenetrated client relationships and expansion of existing relationships.
• Maintains a strong client focus, treasury expertise, understanding of evolving tech, innovation, along with a broad understanding of bank structure and the operational aspects of global cash management products and services.
• Responsible for strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to influence, lead and mobilize business partners, and appropriate financial acumen.
• Provides unlimited client interactions with on-site or virtual meetings, industry conferences, round tables, and client events.
• Promotes team leadership through presenting a strategy for best practice with the global TSCO team, via coaching, introducing best practices, standardizing processes, leading through example, encouraging teamwork, communication, and collaboration.

• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Minimum 5 years of Treasury Sales experience, ideally within a global Corporate Treasury Sales team
• Strong GPS/Treasury product knowledge across;
  Payments/Receivables, Liquidity, FX, Merchant, Card and Trade
• Ability to travel up to 60%
• Knowledge of the evolving treasury landscape, including AI, digital assets, and related innovations
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation and active listening skills
• Proven business development and relationship management skills with corporate clients
• Strong critical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to solve problems creatively while operating within established guidelines
• Strong business/financial acumen
