Summary
As a Counter Manager at the CHANEL counter in Shoppers Drug Mart, you will create a one-to-one luxury client experience while driving sales for the Fragrance & Beauty account. You will be responsible for delivering superior consultations, building customer loyalty, and growing the account through strong in-store relationships and effective communication.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional client service and personalised consultations.
- Drive and achieve annual sales goals for the Fragrance & Beauty counter.
- Develop and increase the customer base to generate repeat business.
- Build and maintain strong in-store relationships with customers and retail partners.
- Demonstrated selling skills with focus on client needs and consultations.
- Proven ability to deliver a luxury client experience and build customer loyalty.
- Strong communication skills and ability to grow in-store business.
