Lead enterprise sales for Scalata's generative AI platform, helping banks and institutional investors transform credit workflows through AI-powered automation.
Own strategic client relationships, revenue growth, and market expansion while positioning Scalata as the leading AI partner for financial institutions.
What you'll do- Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies targeting banks and institutional investors
- Own revenue targets, build and manage a high-value sales pipeline, and consistently exceed growth objectives
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders across financial institutions
- Present Scalata's AI platform through tailored demonstrations, presentations, and business cases
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver client-focused solutions
- Provide market insights that influence product strategy and roadmap development
- Represent Scalata at conferences, industry events, and thought leadership initiatives
- Help build and mentor a world-class enterprise sales organization as the company scales
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience within banking, institutional investing, or financial technology
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing complex enterprise software or technology deals
- Experience managing large enterprise sales pipelines ($15M+ preferred)
- Deep understanding of banking, institutional investing, credit markets, and financial regulations
- Strong knowledge of AI, machine learning, or generative AI applications within financial services
- Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
