YMCA Boston welcomes a Welcome Center Representative to join our Membership Sales & Service Team. Under supervision, you will manage member check‑in and safety protocols, and perform membership and program sales while handling phone inquiries.
You will regulate lobby traffic, provide information on memberships and programs, and uphold YMCA policies and procedures. Part‑time hours are available:
Weekday Afternoons/Evenings, Weekends.
