Relationship Manager – Strategic

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships within our Institutional and Wealth Management segments
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Client Success, Implementation, Support, Sales, and Leadership to drive retention and revenue growth
• Lead the adoption of best practices for client retention, including business reports
• Drive net dollar retention (post‑sales expansion and renewals) for Canoe’s clients

• Previous experience owning a book of business where you were responsible for driving adoption, retention, growth, value realization, expansion, upselling, etc
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders
• Experience providing ROI presentations or business reviews to senior stakeholders
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Previous B2B SaaS experience is highly preferred
• Previous experience in financial services, Fin Tech, or alternative investments highly preferred

Demonstrates expertise in client relationship management, driving retention and revenue growth through effective communication and collaboration with cross‑functional teams. Proven ability to present ROI and business reviews to senior stakeholders in the B2B SaaS and financial services sectors.
