Job Description & How to Apply Below
About
Assured is transforming the infrastructure of U.S. healthcare with intelligent automation. We’re building an AI-native system of action for provider operations — automating credentialing, licensing, and payer enrollment. These are some of the most painful, manual processes in healthcare, costing the system billions and delaying patient care.
We’re backed by top Silicon Valley investors and trusted by leading health systems and provider groups. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-moving, elite team reimagining one of the most broken parts of healthcare — using cutting‑edge AI in the real world, at scale.
What You’ll Do- Own top‑of‑funnel pipeline generation — prospect, research, and identify qualified opportunities for the sales team.
- Run high‑quality outbound outreach across email, phone, and Linked In to book meetings with executives at provider groups, MSOs, and health systems.
- Qualify inbound leads and perform discovery to understand customer pain points and fit.
- Tell compelling ROI stories — communicate the value of Assured’s automation platform in a clear, concise way.
- Partner closely with AEs to ensure smooth handoffs, territory planning, and increased conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing and product to refine messaging and surface learnings from the field.
- Track activity and pipeline rigorously in our CRM to support forecasting and performance insight.
- Contribute to playbook‑building — help shape our outbound motion, messaging, and targeting as we scale.
Must‑Have
- 1–2 years of BDR/SDR experience in B2B SaaS (healthcare, operations, or enterprise software a plus).
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding meeting‑setting and pipeline targets.
- Strong communication skills — comfortable speaking with VP/C‑suite operators.
- High business acumen — ability to understand operational inefficiencies and tie them to value.
- Resilient, organized, and proactive — you thrive in fast‑paced, unstructured environments.
- Comfort with outbound prospecting and multichannel sequences.
- Experience selling into provider groups, MSOs, or health systems.
- Familiarity with healthcare operations, credentialing, or payer workflows.
- Experience with Hub Spot, Apollo, or similar outbound tools.
- Interest in AI and automation products.
- Want to work on a product that materially impacts healthcare operations (faster onboarding, fewer delays, better patient access).
- Enjoy the hunt — finding opportunities, opening doors, and creating momentum.
- Are motivated by ownership, pace, and clear impact on revenue.
- Want to grow into an Account Executive role as the team scales.
- Thrive in a high‑trust, high‑performance culture where your work is visible and meaningful.
- Sell something that matters – Your work directly accelerates patient access to care.
- High‑agency culture – Collaborate with operators, engineers, and product leaders who move fast.
- Massive growth opportunity – Competitive base, uncapped commission, and equity upside.
- Trusted customers – Work with leading provider groups and health systems.
- Meaningful mission – Help fix the operational backbone of U.S. healthcare.
