Healey Chevrolet is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Wholesale Parts Customer Service Associate to join our Parts Department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to wholesale automotive repair shops and commercial accounts.
- Process wholesale parts orders accurately by phone, email, and in person.
- Assist customers in identifying the correct OEM parts using electronic parts catalogs.
- Coordinate with the parts, sales, and service departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale customers while helping to grow new business.
- Prepare invoices, process payments, and maintain accurate customer records.
- Monitor inventory availability and communicate estimated delivery times.
- Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Assist with stocking, organizing, and maintaining the parts department as needed.
- Knowledge of GM parts and dealership experience is a plus.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn dealership management systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
