Field Business Development Representative

Important:
This is a fully field-based position focused on NYC area. Candidates must be comfortable traveling throughout boroughs on a regular basis.

Royal Care is seeking a motivated and experienced Field Business Development Representative to support growth for our established and expanding Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA). This role is ideal for a dynamic, organized professional with strong communication skills, healthcare marketing experience, and the ability to build lasting referral relationships in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate referrals from existing accounts and develop new referral opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contract referral sources and community partners
• Conduct one-on-one and group presentations for healthcare professionals, seniors, and other community stakeholders
• Educate referral sources and potential clients on home care services and Medicaid-based care options
• Support outreach efforts designed to connect Medicaid-eligible individuals with appropriate contracted services
• Represent Royal Care professionally in the field and strengthen the agency’s presence in Queens and Brooklyn
• Track outreach efforts, maintain follow-up activity, and support departmental growth goals
• Perform other duties as needed based on department and organizational needs

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in business development, healthcare marketing, or sales, preferably in home care
• Knowledge of home care services and Medicaid eligibility
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and presentation abilities
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with the local market, including referral sources in Bronx, Manhattan Queens and Brooklyn, strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license required

Education and Experience:

• Prior healthcare marketing experience required, preferably in home care
• Business development experience: 1 year required
• Sales experience: 1 year required

Language Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish Preferred
