Sales Assistant

Fox Television Stations operates 29 full‑power broadcast television stations across the United States, including major markets such as New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago. The stations provide network and local programming, producing approximately 1,200 hours of local news weekly.

Join our television sales team as a Sales Assistant, where you will support Account Executives and help drive the success of our sales operations in a fast‑paced environment.

• Provide day‑to‑day administrative and sales support to Account Executives.
• Process sales orders and ensure timely, accurate documentation.
• Assist with prospecting, market research, and sales planning initiatives.
• Serve as the communication hub between Account Executives, agency buyers, and clients to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Track priorities, coordinate tasks, and maintain organized sales records.

• Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant digital media or sales experience preferred.
• 1‑3 years of experience in sales or administrative support; media industry experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, collaborative team player with a customer‑focused approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM systems; experience with Wide Orbit or Operative AOS is a plus.
• Knowledge of the streaming advertising marketplace preferred, or a willingness to learn quickly.
• Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant experience considered.

• Pay: $23.05–$24.05 per hour, dependent on education, skills, experience, and location.
