The Sales Manager role is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the commercial market presence of Riello's portfolio of commercial heating and combustion solutions. This role develops and executes business development strategies, identifies new market opportunities, and builds strong relationships with key customers, contractors, consultants, distributors, and industry partners. Through proactive sales activities and strategic account management, the incumbent will grow targeted product categories, achieve sales objectives, and establish long-term partnerships that support Riello's continued success in the commercial marketplace.
Key responsibilities:- Business Development for West Coast United States
- Select, manage, and develop a portfolio of commercial dealers within a geographic region
- Develop and report sales forecasts, opportunities, and risks
- Work collaboratively with engineering, customer service, and service team to provide exceptional customer experience.
- Travel 50% of time to interface with clients.

Thefollowing is a brief description of some of the requirements for the role:
- 3+ years or more of outside sales or business development experience with industry knowledge of Boilers, Hydronics or HVAC related channel.
- 3+ years experience and proven track record managing Regional Distribution accounts while going down-channel to build Contractor partnerships.
- Ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships across all levels internally and externally.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Demonstrated ability to successfully handle multiple projects with minimum supervision involving travel to various prospects.
- Ability to organize and conduct successful sales trips, in coordination with key stakeholders (sales, product development, marketing, etc.)
- Experienced in writing and developing proposals, quotes, and sales reports using MS Office, which includes Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and CRM.
