Commission Sales Representative (1099) — Castle Hill, Bronx

Overview

The NYC Maid is hiring a Commission Sales Partner in Castle Hill, Bronx (around Castle Hill Avenue). Sign cleaning clients directly (homeowners, offices, property managers, Airbnb hosts) or sign referrers (doormen, real estate agents, concierges, movers). Earn 10% recurring commission on every completed cleaning
, for as long as the customer stays with the company.

Payouts are made daily via Stripe Connect. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with no cap. Tier upgrades:
12% at 50 clients and 15% at 100 clients. Path to a Sales Manager role with override income. The payout system is already live for existing referrers.

• Sign new cleaning clients and/or sign referrers to generate recurring revenue.
• Maintain relationships to sustain long-term customer loyalty and recurring commissions.
• Operate as a relationship builder with a focus on expanding the client/referrer network in the Castle Hill area.
• Utilize available tools and processes to manage commissions and payouts.

• Location in or around Castle Hill, Bronx; access to NYC-area network resources.
• English required;
  English/Spanish a plus.
• Sales background is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
