Overview
The NYC Maid is hiring a Commission Sales Partner in Lido Beach, Long Island around Lido Beach boardwalk. This role involves signing cleaning clients directly (homeowners, offices, property managers, Airbnb hosts) or signing referrers (doormen, real estate agents, concierges, movers).
Responsibilities- Sign cleaning clients or sign referrers to build the network.
- Establish relationships and generate referrals for cleaning services.
Earn 10% recurring commission on every completed cleaning
, for as long as the customer stays. Paid daily via Stripe Connect. 1099 independent contractor, with no cap. Tier upgrades to 12% at 50 clients and 15% at 100 clients. Path to Sales Manager with override income. The payout system is already live for existing referrers.
