Summary

The Sales Professional delivers exceptional client experiences on the retail floor by combining product knowledge, styling expertise, and strong relationship-building skills. This role is focused on meeting and exceeding sales goals through proactive outreach, virtual selling, and personalized service. The Sales Professional also supports store operations including inventory, events, and opening/closing duties.

• Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality, greeting and assisting customers to exceed expectations.
• Drive sales and full-price volume across product pillars through client engagement and outreach.
• Utilize technology and virtual selling tools to connect with clients and expand the customer base.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay informed on trends and company initiatives.
• Support inventory management, special events, store opening and closing, and teamwork with store management.

• Relevant retail or sales experience preferred with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a professional appearance.
• Proficient with basic computer tools; familiarity with retail systems preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, operate a register, and lift up to 30 lbs as needed.
• Passion for selling and building client relationships.
