Account Executive - Hard Goods Wholesale

We are a leading wholesale distributor of hard goods in New York City, serving mass and full-price retailers across the region. We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team.

• Manage and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities to grow sales
• Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new accounts and expand existing business
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and marketing, to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and identify areas for improvement

• 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the hard goods wholesale industry
• Proven track record of success in managing a sales team and driving sales growth
• Strong knowledge of mass and full-price retail channels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
