Job Description You will be the founding commercial lead for an NYC-based startup building voice AI for local businesses. Owning the entire zero-to-one sales motion, you’ll define the ideal customer profile, close the first batch of users, and build the company’s commercial DNA from scratch. This is a high-intensity, founder-caliber role.

Location New York, USA

• Join as a founder-caliber lead with significant equity and total ownership of the go-to-market function.
• Build the voice layer for local businesses, solving a massive, tangible problem for salons, restaurants, and contractors.
• Work directly with a technical founding team in a fast-paced, shipping-focused environment based in New York.

• Define the initial ideal customer profile and build the outbound sales playbook from the ground up.
• Close early customers through hands-on outreach, including visiting local businesses to iterate on the product pitch.
• Work closely with the technical founders to translate customer feedback into product features and strategic roadmaps.

• Proven track record in zero-to-one GTM, ideally as a founding hire at a YC startup or vertical SaaS.
• Strong commercial instinct and the ability to thrive in a high-intensity, “no playbook” environment.
• Located in New York City and ready to perform the unglamorous, high-impact work required to find product-market fit.
