Overview
The NYC Maid is hiring a Commission Sales Partner in University Heights, Bronx near Bronx Community College. The role involves signing cleaning clients directly (homeowners, offices, property managers, Airbnb hosts) or signing referrers (doormen, real estate agents, concierges, movers). The position offers a recurring commission of 10% on every completed cleaning for as long as the customer stays.
Compensation & BenefitsPay is issued daily via Stripe Connect. 1099 independent contractor with no cap on earnings. Tier upgrades to 12% at 50 clients and 15% at 100 clients. Path to Sales Manager with override income. The payout system is already in place for existing referrers.
Qualifications & Location- NYC-area network access in or around University Heights.
- Relationship-building skills.
- Sales background is helpful but not required.
- English required;
English/Spanish is a plus.
