Responsibilities
  • Build lasting customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and responding promptly to customer needs.
  • Meet or exceed agency sales, retention, and customer satisfaction goals through consistent activity, professionalism, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Conduct policy reviews, educate customers on coverage options, identify protection gaps, and recommend solutions that best fit their needs.
  • Generate new business through referrals, outbound outreach, follow-up, and by identifying cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Guide customers through the claims process with empathy, clear communication, and timely support.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions to ensure quality service and compliance.
  • Stay current on Allstate products, services, and technology while actively participating in ongoing training and coaching.
Requirements

Bilingual

Required:

Fluent in both English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Licensing:
Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain within a designated timeframe, if applicable).

Experience:

Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, sales, or the insurance industry preferred.

Relationship Builder:
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while building long-term client relationships.

Sales Mindset:
Self-motivated, coachable, goal-oriented, and committed to achieving individual and agency performance goals.

Problem Solver:
Ability to resolve customer concerns professionally, efficiently, and with empathy.

Technology Proficient:
Comfortable using CRM systems, agency management software, and virtual communication tools in a fast-paced environment.

Professionalism:
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and as part of a team.
