With 22 years in the New York City market and a roster that includes Amazon, Morgan Stanley, and Marriott Hotels, the foundation is already strong. Your job is to make it stronger.

As Catering Sales Manager, you'll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and initial outreach to proposal delivery, contract negotiation, and post-event follow-up. You'll work directly with executive assistants, event planners, and corporate decision-makers across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the greater NYC metro area. This is a results-driven role with real autonomy and direct impact on company growth.

• Prospect, qualify, and close new catering and events business across all five boroughs
• Manage a portfolio of corporate and social client accounts from inquiry to execution
• Develop and deliver customized proposals that align with client goals and budgets
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and venue site visits to generate leads
• Collaborate with the event production and culinary teams on menu customization
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular pipeline reports

• 3+ years of catering, hospitality, or B2B sales experience in the NYC market
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Strong presentation and proposal-writing skills
• Deep knowledge of New York City's corporate event landscape
• CRM proficiency and comfort with data-driven sales reporting
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and follow-through
