• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards ensuring a smooth and on‑brand operation.
• Work a schedule that varies with business needs — including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Demonstrate results‑oriented selling skills.
• Show care in written and verbal communication.
• Charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels.
• Be at least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Embrace adventure and be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays; stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.
• Flexible schedule: 4 hours per month during slower periods to ~12 hours per week during peak seasons.
• Provide reliable support during high‑traffic times, special events, or additional coverage needs.

Hourly wage: $16.00 – $17.60 (La‑Stage), commensurate with experience.
