• Guaranteed base salary of $100,000 for your first three months

• Performance-based earnings of $100,000 to $250,000+ annually after the introductory period, with uncapped commission potential

• Work in Westchester, NY, serving Westchester County and the surrounding metro area

• Meet with residential and light commercial customers to provide on-site HVAC consultations

• Evaluate customer needs and recommend heating, cooling, indoor air quality, and energy-efficient solutions

• Prepare customized proposals that clearly communicate system performance, value, and project scope

• Educate customers on equipment options, available incentives, financing solutions, and system benefits

• Convert qualified sales leads into successful HVAC installation projects

• Build long-term customer relationships through professional communication and exceptional service

• Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless project handoffs from sale through installation

• Manage your sales pipeline, schedule, follow-up activities, and customer communication

• Perform other duties as assigned

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience

• HVAC, mechanical systems, or clean energy sales experience strongly preferred

• Proven history of achieving or exceeding sales goals

• Experience selling to residential and commercial customers preferred

• Experience working with municipal, institutional, or property management clients is a plus

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to manage an independent sales territory, schedule, and pipeline

• Knowledge of HVAC systems, heat pumps, geothermal systems, or energy-efficient solutions is preferred

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

• Commitment to integrity, accountability, and outstanding customer service
