Vehicle Sales Management Trainee

Summary

The Vehicles Sales Management Trainee position provides comprehensive vehicle sales training across various functional areas including Rental, Finance, Operations, HR, Sales & Marketing. The role requires willingness to relocate within geographic territory upon completion of the program and is designed to be fast-paced, touching every aspect of the business unit.

• Call on prospective customers and assigned accounts within a specific territory using aggressive telephone‑marketing skills.
• Maintain contacts with existing customers to improve retention and stay current on market and customer trends.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance.
• Perform operational and administrative tasks supporting location and regional management.
• Support the Vehicle Sales Managers in achieving all location sales quotas, goals, and objectives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High‑school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Two to five years of experience in customer service or issue resolution.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Travel of up to 10%.

Hourly: $27.00 – $32.00. Eligible for an annual bonus, commission, and long‑term incentive plan based on level and type.
