Floor & Decor is seeking a Design Consultant to engage customers on the sales floor and lead design appointments for tile, wood, stone and accessories. You will partner with store leaders to maximize sales and expand the design services brand.
You will greet customers, schedule design appointments, and advise on products for residential and commercial projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic arithmetic is expected; internal candidates are preferred after 6 months.
