Institutional Account Executive – Buy-Side
Fin Tech - Electronic Trading Platform - FINRA Series 7/63 Required
New York, NY (Manhattan) – Hybrid
$150k - $165k (OTE $300k - $330k)
We are representing a next-generation agency execution specialist firm, connecting the world's investors with the world's investments through intelligent, secure trading technology.
This position is a high-performing Institutional / Buy-Side Sales professional to expand the electronic trading platform's footprint among asset managers, hedge funds, and institutional investors.
This opportunity will allow the ideal candidate to tap into the Global buy-side trading network being apart of one of the largest interdealer broker groups.
What You'll Do- Promote our institutional trading platform to buy-side clients, driving adoption and engagement
- Build and grow relationships with portfolio managers, traders, and key decision-makers at asset management firms
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across the buy-side landscape
- Partner cross-functionally with product, trading, and account management to solve client execution needs
- Drive order flow and deepen platform usage across your book
- Active FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required
- Strong understanding of buy-side institutional trading workflows and execution strategies
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets in financial technology or capital markets
- Established relationships with portfolio managers, traders, or other buy-side stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of market structure and liquidity dynamics
- Experience selling electronic trading solutions or data/research services to buy-side clients
- Familiarity with front-office and middle-office buy-side functions
