Account Executive — Insurtech AI Startup (NYC)
Our client went from zero to seven figures in ARR in just twelve months and is now growing 3X quarter over quarter, already working with some of the largest carriers in the world. Backed by top-tier investors, with a founding team out of top-tier technical and business programs, the company is building the automation layer for the entire insurance industry — and doing it with a small, talent-dense team where everyone does the best work of their career.
The RoleWe're hiring the first two Account Executives to turn strong early demand into a repeatable, scalable revenue engine.
This isn't a run the playbook role — the playbook is still being written. The good news: this isn't a zero-to-one build. There are already closed deals, active pilots, inbound interest, and an early sales motion that works. What's missing is structure, consistency, and scale — and that's what you'll build directly alongside the founders.

- Turn early wins into a repeatable motion future reps can scale
- Feed the roadmap: bring market signal directly into product and engineering
- High ownership, high agency — you don't wait for perfect inputs, you create momentum with what you have
