We are seeking individuals with a minimum of 3 years of experience to contribute their expertise to our esteemed Ford Lincoln of Queens and John Starks KIA locations.

  Familiarity with automotive industry processes and superior customer service skills.
• Ability to text, email, photo-shop and ad copying

• Lead Management:
  Handle inbound and outbound calls proficiently to generate and qualify leads.
• Appointment Scheduling:
  Efficiently schedule appointments for prospective customers.
• Client Engagement:
  Utilize superior communication and customer service skills to engage clients.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure unparalleled customer satisfaction.
