A global real estate company is seeking a motivated and client-focused Outside Sales Representative to join its New York team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong interest in real estate leasing, client service, and sales who enjoy working in a dynamic, field-based environment.

The Outside Sales Representative will be primarily responsible for showing rental properties, advising clients, and driving leasing transactions to successful completion. This position involves extensive fieldwork throughout New York City and requires strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Conduct property showings and provide leasing consultation to prospective tenants
• Meet clients on-site for property tours and respond to inquiries
• Develop and maintain client relationships through follow-up and service
• Negotiate lease terms and coordinate move-in schedules with landlords and management companies
• Perform market research and visit properties/management offices as needed
• Maintain accurate client and activity records in internal systems
• Prepare reports and complete administrative tasks related to leasing activities

グローバルに事業を展開する不動産会社にて、ニューヨーク拠点の営業メンバーを募集しています。賃貸不動産の仲介業務を中心に、顧客対応から契約成立まで一貫して携わることができるポジションです。現地での物件案内や顧客対応など、アクティブに外出を伴う営業スタイルとなります。

• 賃貸物件のご案内およびリーシング営業全般
• お客様との現地待ち合わせ・内見対応
• 物件提案、フォローアップなど顧客対応全般
• オーナー・管理会社との条件交渉および入居調整
• 市場調査、物件・管理会社訪問などの営業活動
• 社内システムへの入力、レポート作成などの付随事務業務

• ニューヨーク州不動産ライセンス保持者、または取得意欲のある方
• 米国での就労資格をお持ちの方
• 不動産仲介、営業、または顧客対応経験をお持ちの方歓迎
• 日本語・英語ともに実務レベルで対応可能な方
• 基本的なPCスキル（Email、Excel、Word 等）
• 自主的にスケジュール管理ができ、外勤中心の業務に柔軟に対応できる方

• 基本勤務時間：9:00～18:00（休憩1時間）
• 外勤中心の営業スタイル（物件案内・顧客訪問等）
• オフィス出社は週3日程度を目安（業務状況に応じて調整）
• 入社初期の研修期間中は出社頻度が増える可能性あり
• 顧客対応に応じて柔軟なスケジュール調整が必要

本ポジションは外勤営業職として、基本給＋インセンティブ制度による報酬体系となります。

• 月額基本給：$3,200～$3,300（経験・スキル考慮）
• 試用期間中：月額 $3,000＋コミッション
• 売上に応じたコミッションおよび賞与制度あり
