Maesa is hiring a Sales Assistant for its Managed Brands team in New York, the commercial support seat where the incubator's brands meet the mass retailers that carry them. Selling into national chains is its own discipline, line reviews, planograms, promotional calendars, chargebacks, and the assistant learns it from inside the meetings, the retail-side education our buyer-pitch coverage previews.
About the RoleThe Sales Assistant supports account managers on major retail relationships: preparing line review decks and samples, maintaining item setup and pricing paperwork, tracking sell-through reports and promotional performance, coordinating with demand planning on forecasts, and keeping the small logistics of big accounts running on time.
Who Should ApplyDetail-strong early-career candidates interested in the commercial side of beauty and fragrance; retail buying-office, brand sales, or category internship experience all translate. Excel and deck fluency expected. Full-time, New York based.
