Sales Development Rep/SDR
Salary: $70,000 to $90,000 base + up to $50,000 commission
Location: New York (Office based initially moving to hybrid)
If you are someone who avoids the phone and prefers to hide behind email sequences, this will not be for you.
This is proper outbound.
You will be calling senior buy side prospects. You will be building conversations from scratch, and you will be measured on the meetings you create.

This is for someone with at least a year of outbound SDR or BDR experience, who is comfortable making around 50 calls a day.
You will have a foundation in finance or financial services, and you are competitive enough to back yourself.
Day to day:You will be prospecting across the US market.
That means researching accounts, identifying decision makers, and reaching out through cold calls, email and Linked In.
Your focus is booking qualified meetings for the sales team. Commission is tied directly to meetings, so quality matters more than vanity activity.
You will stay close to the opportunities you create and often sit in on sales calls and demos, giving you exposure to how institutional deals are runand closed.
The Business:The business provides a digital marketplace used by institutional investors.
Through data, research and analytics, the platform helps them discover and analyse systematic investment products, construct portfolios and manage reporting across multiple providers.
It operates globally across major financial hubs, and the US remains a key growth market with real room to build pipeline.
Requirements:- Minimum one-year outbound SDR or BDR experience
- Proven cold calling experience
- Experience in Financial Services / Fintech
