Fairview Skilled Rehab & Nursing Center
Fairview is seeking an experienced, motivated Healthcare Marketer to grow our referral network, promote our services, and generate new patient admissions.
Responsibilities- Generate new patient referrals and admissions
- Market Fairview to hospitals, physicians, clinics, community organizations, assisted living facilities, home care agencies, and other referral sources
- Build and maintain relationships with case managers, social workers, discharge planners, doctors, and healthcare professionals
- Develop new referral sources and business opportunities
- Conduct outreach, networking, visits, and community marketing
- Represent Fairview at healthcare events and meetings
- Follow up consistently with referral sources and potential admissions
- Work closely with the admissions team to convert appropriate referrals into admissions
- Healthcare marketing, business development, admissions, or sales experience preferred
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Existing healthcare referral relationships are a plus
- Outgoing, professional, motivated, and results-driven
Increase Fairview’s visibility, build strong referral relationships, and consistently generate qualified patient admissions.
