Manager, Sponsorship Strategy

Our Rights Management division acts as a commercial sales resource for iconic sports and entertainment brands globally. A pioneering rights-sales capability, successfully marketing the unique emotion of sport to drive commercial results for rights-owners and record impact for brands.

We have led and closed over $3bn in sponsorship rights for some of the world's biggest sports properties, including recent record-breaking deals for UEFA Women’s Football, Mercedes Formula 1, Arsenal Football Club, the Kentucky Derby, Philadelphia Phillies, Seattle Reign and more.

We aim to optimize revenues for our clients while allowing each to avoid the long-term fixed costs associated with maintenance of large in-house sales teams. We are focused on solving problems and not selling assets, and we are ambitiously expanding our clients, geographies and our sponsorship sales team.

We're looking to hire a Manager of Sponsorship Strategy & Operations who will work across current and prospective sponsorship sales clients to deliver best-in-class processes and results.

• Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of relevant experience in a sports, marketing, sales or business development setting and a track record of building strong internal & external relationships.
• Strong understanding of the sports industry, and particularly the sponsorship environment.
• Experience working within a team setting and balancing multiple clients/projects/responsibilities at once is crucial for the role.
• Ability to demonstrate an understanding on how to structure a sales process and a clear understanding to why brands buy sponsorship
• Analytical mindset to illustrate to brands why sponsor ships can support a brand’s objectives.
• Ability to understand a rights holder’s position and able to articulate ideas and strategies to grow and change commercial revenues.
• Self-starting attitude, adaptable, and a problem-solver.

• Support the on-going execution of Two Circles’ active sponsorship sales clients, coordinating across multiple internal teams to deliver effective and efficient processes.
• Contribute to the go-to-market strategy and implementation for rights sales clients, using sponsorship acumen to help shape prospecting, packaging, pricing and outreach tactics.
• Assist the business development process for Two Circles to secure premium rights related to sponsorship sales, including the creation of materials and insights specific to the opportunity at hand.

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of Two Circles in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees.

Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
